   Made-to-Order Products:
   Cancellation:
   Once the production process has commenced, cancellation is not possible. It is imperative to review your order carefully before submission.
   Returns:
   Returns are only accepted in the event of a defect or significant deviation from the specifications provided during the order process.
   Exchanges:
   In the case of sizing errors on our part, exchanges are offered within 7 working days of receiving the product. Refunds are not available.
   Payment:
   Made-to-order products require full payment online; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable.
   
   Ready-to-Wear Products with Alterations:
   Cancellation:
   Orders for ready-to-wear products with alterations cannot be canceled once the alteration process has begun.
   Returns:
   Returns are accepted only in cases of defects or significant deviations from the provided specifications during the order process.
   Exchanges:
   Exchanges are offered for sizing errors on our part within 7 working days of receiving the product. Refunds are not possible.
   Payment:
   Full payment must be made online; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
   
   Standard Return & Exchange Policy for Ready-to-Wear Products:
   Cancellation:
   Orders for ready-to-wear products can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.
   Returns:
   Returns are accepted within 7 working days of receiving the product if it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
   Exchanges:
   Exchanges for ready-to-wear products are accepted within 7 working days of receiving the product if it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
   
   Refunds:
   Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days after the approval of the return request.
   
   Conditions for Return and Exchange:
   Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tag and packaging intact.
